About Anna
Anna lives in East London with her two cats Oscar, and Lulu, a few miles from where she grew up. She started teaching yoga in 2003 and has been practicing since the mid 90's. She believes that life simply feels better with Yoga. She teaches with warmth and presence in an accessible and down to earth style.
About Anna's yoga
Everyone arrives in a yoga class with a different body, a different physical and emotional history and skeletal structure, as well as different DNA, ranges of movement and muscle stability. It is so important to remember not to compare yourself to others, but to explore how your body feels, rather than have a set idea of how any particular asana should look.

What her students say
"I fell in love with Anna's yoga class because she has all the skill and all the knowledge of years of studying yoga, but none of the weird cultural appropriation you find in many other yoga studios. She breaks everything down and makes an ancient practice relevant to my life in a way I can relate to"
"I've taken classes from many different yoga teachers over the years, studying a variety of styles, and Anna's classes are a revelation. Her attention to physiology is key: both in an approach that treats each student as an individual with their own physical requirements and limitations, and in her incorporation of the latest findings in order that her classes address rather than reinforce existing imbalances. As someone with assorted past injuries this is essential, and whenever I now take a class with another teacher - when travelling, for example - it always feels lacking"
